2018 — Foundation

Yann Suissa founded r3factory in Paris. Initial focus: building Wiji, a blockchain-based product quality evaluation platform. Trademark registered August 2018.

2019 — Pivot to Agency

Discontinued Wiji after learning product-market fit lessons. Transitioned to agency model, applying technical expertise commercially for startups and enterprises.

2020 — Portfolio Growth

Shipped major projects: Blast.club, Luxus (10k visitors/day), Koala.money DeFi protocol, and Diageo enterprise platform. Established Web2/Web3/AI execution reputation.

2024 — Vibe Engineers Division

Launched Vibe Engineers placement division focusing on AI-native, product-first builders with VIBE ENGINEER™ certification.

2026 — Incubator Launch
